Meet Tommy

The Cookshak founder Tommy Marcel has been a long time musician and entrepreneur. Born and raised in southeast Louisiana, with a love for good music and delicious food; he brings with him a lagniappe of flavors and spices from Cajun country. A mixture of some of the mouthwatering creole recipes of New Orleans, to savory and delicious, down the bayou Cajun dishes, from old family recipes. Have a bowl of Gumbo, a spicy Jambalaya or a zesty bowl of Red Beans and Rice. Laissez les bon temps rouler!
